Smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms, on the balconies and terraces, in front of the hotel entrance or in any other public areas. A smoking pavilion with seating is available approx. 25 metres from the entrance.

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have any wheelchair-accessible rooms. The way to our Rugard Royal Spa and to the swimming and sauna area is also only accessible via stairs. If you have any questions, we will be happy to advise you before your arrival by telephone or e-mail.

You are welcome to use your room, including key cards, until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. On request, you can receive your hotel bill the evening before.

Yes, our hotel has rooms that are specially suited to allergy sufferers. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help!

We do not currently offer room service for breakfast. However, we warmly invite you to enjoy our varied breakfast buffet in the restaurant. There you will find a wide selection of fresh food and drinks that leaves nothing to be desired.

Not every room in our hotel has a balcony or terrace. For more information about the individual rooms and whether they have a balcony or terrace, please refer to the respective room description.

Please note that smoking is also not permitted on the balconies and terraces, in order not to negatively affect other guests' holiday experience through unpleasant odours.

Please also note that from 10:00 p.m. the volume on the balcony or terrace must be adjusted so that all guests of our hotel can enjoy their stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, all our rooms and suites are equipped with their own safe. Please note that the hotel accepts no liability for valuables stored in the room. There is also a central safe at reception.

Pets are very welcome with us. They are accommodated exclusively on the ground floor and only with prior registration. We ask for your understanding that, for hygiene reasons, pets may not be taken into our restaurants and the wellness area.

Our entire hotel is equipped with Wi-Fi. You can obtain the Wi-Fi password at reception. You will also find it on the back of the sleeves for your room cards.
